For those of you who is wondering what is "BigData Planet". Big Datawiki-def is the term for a collection of data sets so large and complex that it becomes difficult to process using the database management tools or traditional data processing applications that we had up-till a few years back. The challenges include capture, curation, storage, search, sharing, transfer, analysis, and visualization. Planet, just a random suffix with BigData to complete the website's name   :)

Through this blog, I want to help people who are learning, working or may be interested in knowing and getting into Big Data world.I share my learnings, expertise and tips on Big Data tools and technologies through this blog.

Who am I ?

I am Deepak Kumar, a Software Geek, graduated  in Computer Science and Engineering, and currently working as a BigData Developer in one of the leading MultiNational Company.

Along with the Development, Architectural Data Modeling and Providing Technical solutions, i have been involved in building of a BigData Technical team by teaching and sharing my knowledge in this field. I have worked on various tools, framework and NoSQL databases like Hadoop, Hive, Hbase, Cassandra, Sqoop, Storm and more.
